FetchaSquad Service Alerts

FetchaSquad LLC provides recurring SMS notifications to authorized franchise representatives, store owners, store managers, and account administrators who voluntarily opt in through the FetchaSquad platform.

Messages may include:

  • Weather alerts
  • Marketing performance reports
  • Campaign alerts
  • Account notifications
  • Service-related notifications

How Users Opt In

Users opt in during the Add Store setup process within the FetchaSquad platform.

During this process, the user provides:

  • Franchise name
  • Store name
  • Street address
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address

To receive SMS messages, the user must actively select a separate Service Alert Consent checkbox.

The SMS consent checkbox is:

  • Unchecked by default
  • Separate from general platform terms
  • Optional
  • Not required to purchase or use FetchaSquad services
  • Selected only through an affirmative action by the user

The mobile number provided must belong to, or be controlled by, the person providing consent.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, campaigns, weather conditions, reports, and requested services.

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard SMS and data charges may be imposed by the user’s mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

Users may unsubscribe at any time by replying:

STOP

After replying STOP, the user may receive one final message confirming that the opt-out request has been processed. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless the user voluntarily opts in again.

FetchaSquad may maintain records of:

  • The mobile telephone number provided
  • The date and time of consent
  • The selected consent status
  • The form through which consent was obtained
  • The version of the consent disclosure
  • STOP and HELP requests
  • The date and time of any opt-out request

These records are maintained to operate the messaging program, honour communication preferences, and demonstrate messaging compliance.

Mobile Information Privacy

FetchaSquad LLC does not share, sell, rent, trade, transfer, or otherwise provide mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is provided specifically to FetchaSquad LLC and is not transferable to another company, affiliate, organization, lead generator, or third party.
